Hi Friends and Family,  Here are some pictures of our property on Little Wilson Pond, Turner, ME.  Not fancy but it's clean and cozy with all new paint, carpeting, furniture etc.  There are 2 bedrooms.  An owner's suite with a comfy queen bed and a sunny guest bedroom with a double bed.  There is one bath with a tub/shower.  The kitchen/dining room is stocked with all the appliances/gadgets you need to create a gourmet meal...or, if you must, a microwave to heat up a Hungry Man dinner.  

The living room is large enough for more sleeping space.  There is a woodstove in the living room and a furnace in the kitchen area.  Both can heat the house by themselves.  
For your convenience there is also a washer, dryer and dishwasher!

For your entertainment....there is a television, Adelphia Cable and Wi Fi for your computer.

Relax on the screen porch.  Great for entertaining and enjoying the pond while avoiding the mesquitos!  Plenty of parking in the 2 car garage and driveway.  The private beach has a boat launch area for your watercrafts.  The pond is big enough for skiing and pontoon boats.

Available for weekly or monthly rental May thru October.
